What steps do I take to calculate the license cost?

Determine the total amount by multiplying the number of active (enabled) users in your organization with the price per user/month stated in the pricing plan.

How do you count users to determine the billing amount?

Users (team members) designated as Enabled in your Team section are the only ones for which you are billed. When someone departs from the company or their time tracking is no longer desired, you have the option to mark them as Disabled. Users who are disabled or deleted are not counted towards the billing calculations. The data linked to the deactivated or deleted user will be preserved within the records.

What distinguishes the payment frequency of monthly versus annual?

By selecting an annual license, you secure a considerable discount (two months provided without charge), receive only one invoice, and must pay for a full year’s subscription. Monthly payments do not qualify for discounts and require monthly invoice administration.

Are there any discounted rates available?

For teams with over 50 subscribed employees, a discount of 30% is available. Additionally, if you have more than 150 users, you may be eligible for an extra discount.

Is it within my rights to cancel my license whenever I choose?

Indeed, that is an option. Time Analytics will discontinue the automatic renewal of your subscription, leading to the termination of the service at the conclusion of your existing subscription period (month or year). Time Analytics can be used until the subscription period concludes, and no reimbursement will be provided for the period from the cancellation date to the end of the subscription period.

Is data export available even after my subscription expires?
