Time reporting per work tasks and activities

The activity analysis for the selected period shows data on the total hours spent for a specific activity, how many of the total hours are billable and how many hours are non-billable, what is the utilization of labor, how much did it cost to perform all activities individually, and what is the average cost per hour.

How to control the efficiency of performed activities

The data are the basis for redefining the organization of work, stopping inefficient and unproductive activities, as well as for considering the evaluation of outsourcing of certain activities.

For all activities, an insight is given: which activity was done for which client, for which project or service line, that activity was performed, and which employees performed the activity in the selected period.
