Time planning is related to time estimates before work is done (for example, employee enter estimates of time for next day or next week for specific project/client). In this way directors (with role of admin) is able to monitor all estimated activities of all employees, as well as time planned for exaction of these activities.
In this way, a director can get insights in available resources, make suggestions to team members, redistribution of work tasks or time limitations for some projects.
This is to be done also in Time tracker in a same way as regular time tracking. The only date should be changed. For example, in the week that ends on the 22nd of October, a team member makes a time estimate for next week. He need to log estimated time in Time tracker for future dates of next week, eg 25th of October:
When planning period is expired, the employee should adjust estimated hours to real spent hours on certain activities.
