Will I be charged when my free trial period expires?

No. We do not require a credit card in the free trial period and there is no charge during the trial. If you select one of the paid plans after the trial period, you will be charged according to the selected plan.

How do I calculate the license cost?

Multiply the number of active (enabled) users in your organization by the price per user/month that is stated in the pricing plan. For example, if you have 10 active users and price per user is $5 your monthly costs are 50$.

How do you count users for the purpose of billing?

You only pay for the users (team members) marked as Enabled in your Team section. If someone leaves the company or you do not want to track their time, simply mark them as Disabled. Once a user is disabled or deleted, they are not accounted for in billing. The data associated with the deactivated or deleted user will be retained.

What is the difference between paying monthly or annually?

You are offered both monthly and annual plans. You may select the payment period that is more suitable for you. If you select an annual license, you get a significant discount (two months are free), you will receive only one invoice, and you have to pay a whole year’s subscription. Monthly-based payment is without discounts and requires invoice administration each month.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, first discount of 30% is applicable for teams with over 50 employees subscribed. If you have over 150 users, you can be eligible for an additional discount.

The second discount is related to paying the yearly instead of the monthly license. By paying for the yearly license, you get to use the platform for free for two months.

How can I pay?

The payment can be done by credit card. Additionally, the annual license offers the possibility of wire transfer payment or Pay Pal. (applicable only of teams with more than 30 members).

Can I cancel my license at any time?

Yes, you can. Time Analytics will stop the auto-renewal of your subscription and the service will be terminated at the end of your current subscription period (month or year). You will be able to use Time Analytics until end of subscription period. Accordingly, no refund is possible for the period between date of cancelation and date of the end of subscription period.

Can I export my data after my subscription ends?

Sure, all your data entries can be exported after your plan ends.
