The costs of performed services are calculated on the basis of hourly cost rates.
In the first step, you need to determine and enter the hourly cost rate for each team member in the Team section.
After that, Time Analytics automatically multiples hours tracked by team members with determined cost rates and allocates total costs to your projects, clients, and tasks.
As a result, you get full reports that indicate the costs for each project, task, client, and team member.
You can determine either the pay rate only, so you can track the labor cost of each project, client, and task, or you can determine the total cost rate (pay rate + overhead cost rate). See more about the calculation of cost hourly rates.
The current version of Time Analytics does not offer the manual adding of specific costs to the project.
